Integrated Control
What is an integrated control system?
An integrated control system refers to a system that integrates each end every equipment installed and operated on the perimeter in order to construct an efficient perimeter system, and provide operators fact-based evidence and basis for consistent and reliable decision-making.

Integration of Perimeter Equipment

Reliable alarm signal management by collecting and processing abnormalities and intrusion signals from equipment used for perimeter security (on-site CCTVs, wall-length sensing equipment, intelligent video analysis features, lidar sensors, UPS, on-site broadcasting equipment, etc.)

Integration with Control
Room Equipment

Provides an environment in which the operator can quickly and swiftly make decisions on a situation by integrating monitors, indoor broadcasting systems, and speakers in the situation room.

Provision of a Reliable and Convenient Operating Environment.

Provision of an Intuitive, 3D-based Operating Environment. Provides an environment that enables systematic situation management using real-time pop-ups, audible alarms in the situation room, and synchronized signals with other related locations.

TECHNOLOGY

The integrated control system offers
differentiated and innovative technology.

· Using location-based integrated control technology

[Integrated control system - operation screen]

System displays all roads/paths within the boundary. When a situation occurs, it automatically reacts to it, and informs the operator of the situation using visual/audible/smartphone/real-time pop-ups. Here, a situation can be any event involving field equipment that generates a signal (e.g. equipment anomaly, disaster prevention equipment alarm, illegal intrusion detection, power failure, monitoring sense alarm, lidar, earthworks, perimeter breach, etc.) Under normal circumstances, if the operator double-clicks a road/path on the E Map, the system will bring up a real-time video pop-up from a camera showing that particular road/path as well as information regarding the operational status of other equipment.

· Intelligent Video Analysis Engine

Unlike Video Motion Detection (VMD) technology, which uniformly detects all motions, an Intelligent Video Detection System detects, identifies, and classifies objects that are moving only. Existing security monitoring technology rarely offers more than a simple storage/search function. However, the video detection system at Myeonggwang can minimize malfunctions and false alarms by separating the background (the surrounding environment) and people. An advanced solution with superior functionality compared to existing VMD technology by using pointer processing, area processing, frame processing, etc.

[Virtual Zone Intruder]

[Virtual Line Intruder]

·Configure a virtual area for intrusions or roaming into the area
·Set up a virtual line to instruct the system to sound an alarm when movement towards one or both direction of the line occurs.

·Detect and track motion
- Set up a virtual line and detection zone near the fence and near expected routs for potential intrusions
- Analyze objects to detect objects (e.g. people, vehicles, other objects) set by the administrator
·Minimize false alarms caused by the elements (e.g. snow, rain, wind, tree shaking)
·Set up multiple detection zones
·Set up multiple detection zones to improve detection probability and make the operation of plans more convenient
